My family was craving pho for dinner, so we decided to check out Thanh Thanh 3. When we arrived, we waited a few minutes before we were seated. It is clear that the restaurant was understaffed since there was only one waitress. Despite the service, the food was authentic and delicious, and I'd definitely return.

I'd recommend the following:

• Thai Iced Tea

• Pho Dac Biet (special beef noodle soup with a combination of rare steak, well done brisket, beef flank, beef tendon, and meatballs)

• Pho Ga (though, I wish they offered it with a choice of dark or a combination of white and dark)

Personally, not a big fan of the grilled pork chop and shrimp with rice. If I were the restaurant, I'd serve marinated pork strips with sauteed or stir-fried vegetables (rather than raw vegetables).
